this is honestly still one of my favorite photographs I’ve taken. There’s just something about it.
The Gallery opening was a pretty big success! Around 60 people passed through and enjoyed our work, the food and just the company of everyone involved.

So for my still life class I had to do an editorial piece showing a foot or hand coinciding with a product. So I chose to go a little out of the box and create a whole editorial based on my idea. I chose Vans partly because I needed new skate shoes and I love the style they shoot in.
The bottom right image is the image I’m turning in for class.

Mike and I spent this morning talking, enjoying the crisp cool air and playing on guitar. I took a few portraits of him, which looked great in color, but I just feel that his style is more reminiscent of black and white.
