All I can say is it was hella fun. The back-road course we ran was fucking intense. In the beginning it was full of tight turns and all about control. Then the turns became a little gradual, after lunch most of our group split to go home but there were 4 of us left and we took on the last stretch of the run, which ended in Nelsonville, 5 miles from Athens. This was my favorite part, there were a lot of straightaways and wide turns. so good…
Anyway here are some shots I took during the performance run, lemme know what you all think.

Rob Dyer of Skate4Cancer
At age 15 Rob lost his mother to cancer and came up with the idea to skateboard across America to raise awareness and money to help find a cure.
Today at the age of 25, Rob has gone on two skateboarding tours, his first in 2004 took him across the United States, in 2008 he did a 5000km skate across canada.
In November Rob and the Skate4Cancer team will be skateboarding across New Zealand and Austrailia with the sponsorship of MTV and I could possibly be along with him as his still photographer. I’m praying that it all works out!

I was walking downtown in Clifton right outside Cincinnati yesterday and these kids came up to me and asked if i could photograph them. It such a heartwarming experience and some of them were really into it! but the little boy in the center frame holding his “guns” up was really really shy and it took a group effort from myself, my friend natasha and the little boys mother to get him to giggle and hold his muscles up. and it turned out wonderfully…
